This session introduces the user experience for Lotus Sametime Unified Telephony, focusing on how people use their phones and computers together in predictable and easy ways. It is an offering that enhances the telephony capabilities in the basic Lotus Sametime product, and our first offering in the Unified Communications and Collaboration space. Lotus Sametime Unified Telephony provides softphone capabilities, aggregated awareness, incoming call control (with options to join or route the call in easy and flexible ways), call history, and simple user-authored rules for handling calls in specific situations.
