Learn how to leverage Java-based security features in the Lotus Notes 8 client! This session will take you through the development and deployment of a real world Java-based Lotus Notes composite application, focusing on security. We'll help Lotus Notes developers create secure connections using the new Accounts framework, build secure install media kits and update sites for deploying their custom applications, and also understand other security related aspects of the Lotus Notes 8 client. IBM Lotus Domino Administrators will learn about the new security policies that control what a user can install on the Lotus Notes 8 client.
